Heated insoles - Insole Heat Kit

A solution for heating your own insoles

The Insole Heat Kit allows you to add a heating function to a pair of existing insoles, without having to buy ready-made heated insoles.

The heating elements are designed to be integrated directly into the insole to distribute heat under the forefoot.

Ultra-thin heating elements

The heating elements have been designed to be very thin, to minimise their bulk once integrated into the insole. This means they can be fitted into various types of insoles, including those used in sports shoes or smart shoes.

A self-adhesive fabric cover

The kit also includes 2 self-adhesive fabric covers designed to cover the heating elements. This top layer improves comfort underfoot and protects the integrated system.

The cover can be cut to fit the shape of the insole being used.

Compatible with C-Pack batteries

The system works with Therm-ic C-Pack batteries, which power the heating elements. The batteries are not included in the kit and must be purchased separately.

Installation

Installation requires a slight modification to the insole to accommodate the heating element cable:

1. Position the heating element at the front of the insole.
2. Locate the black connector.
3. Make a small cut at this point to thread the cable through.
4. Position the cable under the insole and secure it with adhesive tape.
5. Stick the fabric cover onto the top of the insole.
6. Cut the cover to fit the shape of the insole.
