A pocket knife designed for outdoor use

The Opinel Therm-ic is a practical accessory for outdoor activities. Its compact size means it can easily be carried in a pocket or rucksack, whether on an expedition, a bivouac or a camping trip.

An 8 cm stainless steel blade

The knife is fitted with an 8 cm stainless steel blade. This material offers good resistance to corrosion and helps the knife retain its cutting performance when used outdoors.

A beechwood handle

The handle is made from beechwood, a material traditionally used by Opinel. It provides a natural grip whilst retaining the knife’s authentic character.

The Virobloc safety system

The knife is fitted with a safety ring that locks the blade in place. By turning the ring, you can prevent the knife from opening whilst being carried and also stop the blade from closing during use.

A customised Therm-ic edition

This model is manufactured in France and features an engraving of the Therm-ic logo, giving it a distinctive brand identity whilst retaining the traditional characteristics of the Opinel knife.
